All three Cudworth Primary schools were invited to submit entries into our “Design a Bunny Competition”.

Children from Churchfield Primary School, Birkwood Primary School and Cherry Dale Primary School all took part and we were overwhelmed by the imagination and creatively of the designs.

This year’s theme was “Yorkshire” and we can all agree we have some wonderfully talented young artists in Cudworth. From a “Miner Bunny”, to a “Yorkshire Sayings Bunny” onto a “Abstract Geometric Yorkshire Rose Bunny” it was so hard to choose a winning design.

In-fact it’s fair to say all the children are winners. They were so good we struggled to choose
one design from each school and number of highly commended entries.

The winners and highly commended entries all received a certificate and little prize in a school assembly by Cudworth Businesses & Community Together Secretary Andrew Scattergood and the winning designs have now been painted onto actual Cudworth Bunnies by local artists Amy Scattergood and Sally Bean.
